2. Estimates & Pricing

• Estimates provided through our website or by phone are subject to change based on the actual condition of the vehicle and modules.
• All services must be paid in full at the time of completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide accurate vehicle information (VIN, year, make, model, etc.).
• The client must ensure legal ownership or authorization to request ECU/immobilizer/key services. Proof of ownership may be required.

4. Liability

• Imperial Programming is not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden defects, or damage unrelated to the services provided.
• Certain procedures (such as ECU programming or immobilizer resets) carry inherent risks. By booking our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

5. Warranty

• New keys and modules are covered for 90 days under limited warranty. This covers manufacturer defects not user inflicted damage!
• Programming services are warrantied for 90 days for correct functionality.
